Shoes purchased from the Sample Category are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all other items, including Sale items, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. We recommend trying on shoes only on clean, carpeted surfaces until you are certain they are the right fit.

To begin a return, please submit a request through our online return portal. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a complimentary return shipping label to send your item back to us.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and in their original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly process an exchange or refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
