Refund policy

We do not accept returns for shoes purchased from the "Sample Category". All sales from the Sample Category are FINAL. For all other items, including Sale items, we ask that you try your purchase on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange your product for a new size or color, or credit your original form of payment. Please be advised that all products must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
